Access to the exhibition center takes place with entry, transit, exit procedures, predefined and differentiated methods, routes and timing, in order to reduce the opportunities for gathering. Inside the exhibition center, images containing all the information to prevent contagion from Covid-19 are posted.

Starting from January 10, 2022 and up to the end of the emergency period, in order to allow the events to take place safely, anyone intending to access the areas affected by the event must present their "reinforced" Green Pass daily at the entrances.

In all other phases (set-up and disassembly) the access personnel must comply with the specific regulations provided for workers, or must possess and exhibit, upon request, the green COVID-19 certification referred to in Article 9, paragraph 2 and from from 15/02/2022 the "reinforced" one, for those who have reached the age of 50.

For foreign operators and visitors only, in the event of an expired Green Pass (from vaccination or recovery) or vaccination with unrecognized EMA vaccines, it is possible to access with an antigenic (valid for 48 hours) or molecular (valid for 72 hours) negative swab.

Any more restrictive measures can be identified by the individual Organizer.

It is forbidden to enter or remain in BolognaFiere S.p.A. to all those who have symptoms of Covid-19 including body temperature above 37.5 ° C.

When accessing the BolognaFiere S.p.A. premises, it is compulsory to comply with all the regulations established by the relevant authorities and the Company.

When accessing the BolognaFiere S.p.A. premises, it is compulsory, even when completing work tasks, to maintain a safe distance from others of at least 1 meter (social distancing), wearing a surgical or ffp2 mask is obligatory, and hands and tools must be disinfected more frequently.

To ensure compliance with the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter, assistance from the control staff of BolognaFiere is provided in the access areas and in all areas of  higher  pedestrian  traffic.  Inside  the stands, this control must be realized by the exhibitor's staff.

When accessing the BolognaFiere S.p.A. it is mandatory to comply with the hygiene rules issued by the competent Authorities with regard in particular to hand washing and what to do if you have to sneeze or cough (wash your hands often and always after blowing your nose and before and after eating/drinking, using the WC, and having touched your mask or face; Then wash your hands with soap and water or using an alcohol-based solution).

Suppliers and their personnel must abide by the health and safety regulations issued by the relevant authorities.

BolognaFiere S.p.A guarantees the cleaning and sanitation of common areas and toilets according to the indications of the Ministry of Health.

BolognaFiere S.p.A guarantees adequate ventilation with continuous air exchange without recirculation.

The workers of suppliers are required to immediately notify their employer if they develop flu-like symptoms while working at the company premises of BolognaFiere.

Suppliers are required to inform BolognaFiere if workers test positive for COVID-19 to cooperate with the health authorities, providing information that may help identify anyone they have been in close contact with.

It is strictly forbidden to go to the areas where you are not authorized and movements within the BolognaFiere company perimeter must be limited.

The working methods indicated in the sector protocols must be respected by the companies in carrying out the set-up and dismantling activities. The exchange of personnel, equipment and machinery between companies is prohibited.

Adequate premises are guaranteed for the medical center present in the exhibition center, during all phases of the event, with the presence of a doctor and nurses equipped  with  the  appropriate “Covid-19” PPE and the necessary equipment and spaces.

All bars and restaurants respect the distancing rules and provide digital payments.

By entering the exhibition centre premises, you certify, by tacit consent, that you have read and understood the contents of this document, that you accept the regulations therein contained and that you agree to comply with said regulations.

BolognaFiere ensures that all those who work in any capacity within the exhibition center fully respect the content of this information, reserving the right to exclude or interrupt the activity in the event of non- compliance with company or agreed procedures.
