What are you reading at the minute, in what medium (print, e or audio), and how do you rate it?
I’m currently reading Babel by R. F. Kuang in paperback. The book was just released in Brazil, and I was waiting the translation to read, since it is a book about translators, its seemed fit.

What is the best thing about going to international book fairs?
Meeting people you only know by email! We spend so much time talking through email, we even know some habits and peculiarities from some people we have never seen in real life. Having the chance to put a face on those emails is magical.

What was your first job in the book world?
I was an intern for a publishing house that specialized in psychology and law texts. They published both books (2 a year) and a academic magazine (4 a year).

If you could have been any famous writer, whom would it have been, and why?
I would like to be Shirley Jackson. Imagine being able to create such powerful and wonderful narratives? What she did was marvelous.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation, for sure! Imagine being able to be anywhere instantly! And never being afraid anymore? You could just… be somewhere else.

What is your favourite film based on a book?
84 Charing Cross Road! I love both movie and film.t
