New Buds Publishing House was established in September 1979 and is affiliated with Tianjin Publishing Media Group. After more than four decades of development, it has grown into a comprehensive children's publishing house that integrates books, periodicals, audio-visual products, and digital publications. Its publishing areas cover children's literature, early childhood science popularization, traditional culture, and art education.
