Sustainability:17 goals for a better future

The experience of exhibiting children’s books with a sustainability theme continues successfully, enriched this year by the framework of the BRAW Amazing Bookshelf (Hall 30).

This exhibition features 150 outstanding sustainability-themed children’s books from all over the world, gathered by the 2025 BRAW special category dedicated to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.

Children’s literature serves as an effective tool to introduce global issues to young audiences, empowering kids to create a sustainable future and make a difference in their communities from an early age.

 

The exhibition is inspired by the SDG Book Club, a collaboration of the United Nations, the International Publishers Association, the European & International Booksellers Federation, the International Board on Books for Young People, and the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions.
