BCBF hosts an annual Guest of Honour country, showcasing the best of illustration and children’s books from the region, at the world’s leading trade fair in the children’s publishing realm.

Guest of Honour Country is
Norway.
The country, through the
Norwegian Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and organized by
NORLA, is actively promoting Norwegian literature and will host a special program of exhibitions and workshops at the fair and around the city of Bologna.
