The Czech home to several major international authors, including Édouard Louis, Fernanda Melchor, Alice Munro, Vladimir Nabokov, Amos Oz, Salman Rushdie. Paseka is a leading publisher of fiction, history, and popular science, with over 2,500 titles released since its establishment in 1989. Since 2015, comics and graphic novels have been a key part of our offerings. Paseka is the Czech publisher of works by Kazu Kibuishi, Liv Strömquist, Mariko Tamaki, Raina Telgemeier, and Tillie Walden.
