PUBLISHING ACTIVITY

Vakxikon.gr Media & Publishing Group was founded in 2012 in the centre of Athens. Vakxikon.gr is a rapidly growing publishing group -four publishing imprints, two digital media brands, a european poetry platform, a bookstore- with a leading position in the greek and cypriot book market thanks to its publications and promotion of cultural awareness. Annually releasing and distributing more than 100 books of Greek and foreign literature, essays and paperback editions, which are nominated and awarded in national prizes of Greece and Cyprus. It also participates with its own stands in the annual Book Fairs of Athens and Thessaloniki, as well as in the professional meetings of the most important international book fairs. In 2019, Vakxikon Pubications participate in the 1st Young Publishing Professionals in Brussels, organized by Federation of European Publishers. In 2021, Vakxikon Publications got the Special Award of the Turkish Federation of Professional Publishing Associations for the promotion of Turkish literature in the Greek language.
