Katsumi Komagata founded One Stroke in 1986, which began as a graphic design studio and later expanded into children's book publishing after the birth of his daughter. Katsumi is world-renowned for his exquisitely crafted books. Since 1994,One Stroke has held solo exhibitions and workshops around the world. Since 2008, One Stroke has developed a “SMALL WORLD” booth every year at the Bologna Children's Book Fair in Italy.
