PUBLISHING ACTIVITY
DGLAB - Directorate General for Books, Archives and Libraries is an organization within the Ministry of Culture that is responsible for the coordination of the Portuguese archives system and the public libraries network. The DGLAB also coordinates an integrated book and reading promotion policy that includes the promotion of Portuguese literature and authors abroad. Of particular note is the annual program of grants for the translation and publication of Portuguese illustrated books and comics.
