Where some key steps in our publication, we choose our authors and translators, due to their abilities. Then we choose some appropriate books and read them to know if they are engaging for the translation section we give each of them to the translators we selected later. In the books which have illustration, a good illustrator must be chosen, when we have the procedure of printing it and distributing in through different channels.
