PUBLISHING ACTIVITY
Founded in 1995 and based in Lausanne, Antipodes promotes authors and illustrators, mostly from French-speaking part of Switzerland.
At a rate of more than twenty books a year, the catalogue has more than 300 titles mainly social science academic books, but since 2014, our audience has been growing through illustrated collections on similar themes (history, ecology and degrowth, feminism, migration, work, etc.): "Trajectoires" (comics/graphic novels), "Petitpodes" (children's books) and, at the end of 2023, "XYZzz" (popularising science books). Critical thinking in all its forms has become our credo.
