Founded in 1982, the Petrel Publishing House is a dedicated children books publisher. By the end of 2018, the Petrel Publishing House had published more than 20,000 editions and a total print of 2.5 billion copies. As an active children books publisher in the copyright market, Petrel Publishing House has bought rights of over 800 titles from and sold rights of over 100 titles to 20 plus countries and regions, such as Russia, France, Britain, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam,
