Caterina Ramonda was trained as a children’s librarian and has for years been involved in printed and digital books for children. She contributes to the specialist Journal Andersen and is on the Jury of the magazine’s Andersen Award. The author of many essays for Editrice Bibliografica on children’s libraries and reading promotion, her most recent publication in 2020 was Come proporre la poesia ai bambini e ai ragazzi in biblioteca (How to present poetry to children and young adults in the library). Caterina is also involved with multi-lingualism, collaborating with the Association Dulala – D’une langue à l’autre.
