BCBF 2020 | the Emirate of Sharjah is the guest of honour

Sharjah, one of the United Arab Emirates, is to be the guest of honour at the 2020 edition of the Bologna Children’s Book Fair. On Tuesday February 11 at the press conference at the Laboratorio Formentini in Milan, Khoula Al Mujaini, the Sharjah Book Authority’s (SBA) Head of fair events and festivals presented the planned initiatives. Sharjah will be offering a rich cultural programme with diverse events and initiatives involving an extraordinary team of more than 20 authors, illustrators, storytellers and publishers from the United Arab Emirates and from across the Middle East.
