Sustainable Development Goals Book Club: BCBF will present the first selected books

Bologna Children’s Book Fair is pleased to announce a new partnership by joining the Sustainable Development Goals Book Club.

The project, designed to be multilingual, is inspired by the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development: every month, for 17 months, a list of books for children and will be published with the aim to deepen one of the 17 sustainable development goal (see the complete list).

The first selection of books, on the theme of ‘No Poverty’, will be presented during this edition of BCBF, on Tuesday, April 2 at 5.30 pm at the Authors Cafè, on the occasion of the International Children's Book Day.

BCBF won’t be alone in its new adventure: great international publishers, bookstores and libraries, authors of children's books, as well as the participation of organisations such as the International Publishers Association (IPA), the International Federation of Librarian Associations (IFLA), the European & International Booksellers Federation (EIBF), the International Board on Books for Young People (IBBY) will all join this initiative.
