BCBF 2023, publishing and censorship: an overview at the Fair

The 2023 Bologna Children’s Book Fair is examining the relationship between censorship and books for children and young people. A debate with international experts, publishers and academics, including David Levithan who wrote in The New York Times in September about how nowadays censorship has become a tool used to try and deprive communities of their voice and cancel their history.
