PUBLISHING ACTIVITY

Established in 1947, the Korean Publishers Association is Korea’s oldest and largest organization of its kind in the private sector, covering all facets of publishing. It seeks to develop domestic publishing and have the latter help contribute to society, collaborate with authors, and build a new reading culture. The association is active in education, research, policy development, festivals, copyright exchange, and other areas to pursue its goal of advancing the domestic publishing industry.
