Olivia Ahmad

Olivia Ahmad is a UK-based curator and editor specialising in graphic arts and design. She is Artistic Director at House of Illustration in London, where her recent work has included exhibitions on Soviet and British children’s books and developing the UK’s only dedicated residency for illustrators. From 2018-2021 Olivia was editor of Varoom, the UK-based contemporary illustration magazine published by the Association of Illustrators. Her recent books include New York: Lucinda Rogers Drawings 1988-2018 (ed., West Street Press) and 100 Figures: The Unseen Art of Quentin Blake (Tate Publishing).

Di Cicco

Antonio Alessandro Di Cicco

Antonio Alessandro Di Cicco is a graphic designer with a degree from the Free University of Bolzano/Bozen. He took his first steps in the world of publishing in 2016 with the self-produced project Cavalli Educati – atelier creativo in the editorial series Collana Merino, a project that involves artists, illustrators and designers. He is the co-founder of hund, a graphic and digital design team founded in 2020. hund explores the interplay between the physical and the digital.

Homs Ros

Magalí Homs Ros

Magalí Homs Ros, born in 1975, is the Director of Tantagora for 15 years. She trained as a designer, focusing on ephemeral architecture, and audiovisual. She has worked as a manager and designer in various fields and working with different teams such as Futur- 2, Stefano Colli, MVRDV – Rotterdam, Sala d’estar, Taleia Cultura and she promoted the design magazine 190gr. In Tantagora is dedicated to design and project management for the promotion and dissemination of the LIJ at local, national, and international level.

Yuliia Kozlovets

Yuliia Kozlovets is a general coordinator of the International Book Arsenal Festival, which is held in Kyiv as an annual project of the Mystetskyi Arsenal, Ukraine's flagship cultural institution. She has been a member of the Book Arsenal team since 2012, being the Kids Program curator and finally the main Coordinator of the entire Festival during last three years.
Book Arsenal Festival is a big international intellectual event in Ukraine, where the book, literary and artistic scenes develop and interact with each other. Important part of the festival is it’s Best Book Design Contest.

Previously, Yuliia was co-owner of the independent bookshop, worked in promotion of children literature, within several art projects, in the sphere of education, especially non-formal education.

Alessandra Starace

Born in Rome in 1970, Alessandra Starace, after more than twenty years' experience in the world of publishing, education and promotion of reading, in 2019 she became the manager of the historic Libreria dei Ragazzi in Milan and Brescia, founded in 1972 by Roberto Denti and Gianna Vitali. She has always been passionate about children's literature and she has specialised in Developmental Bibliotherapy and Specific Learning Disorders. Her passion for children's books has led her to several collaborations with leading publications dedicated to the dissemination and in-depth study of children's literature.
